I.Refund Policy
I do not accept refunds once I start working on the commission.
I am free to decline the client's request if I do not feel confident enough for their request. Declining the requests should be done before starting the commisison however, if there were any payment made before I decline, a refund will be issued.
I will only accept refunds if you payed in advance and I have not started anything with the commission. Refer onwards in terms of Communication (V).
ii. Transaction
You are not inclined to pay full price before the commissioned sketch is finished. However, you must pay half of the full price before I start working on the commission. When the commission is finished, the remaining payment must be payed then.
There are only two transactions that I allow: PayPal & GCash For PayPal transactions, I will send an invoice link for you to pay. For GCash transaction, I will provide my phone number. Please mention which type you prefer.​
iiI. commercial use
I allow commercial use, which include: Streaming, Products, Public use and such. Take note that you will have to pay twice the amount of the commission. For example, you commissioned me a $20 piece. You have to pay me $40.
Non-commerical use include: SNS icon, DND, anything of private use and such. This is considered as default pricing.
Providing credits is greatly appreciated.
iV. COMMISSION DETAILS
In submitting the final product, you are to choose if you want it to be sent through email, or through discord. If you have a preferred file type, please mention it to me. The default file type will be given as a png. Icons are sent as 900x900 for better resolution, while not destroying the image when made as a profile icon.
Accessories have additional payment depending on the difficulty. It will range from [$5 / PHP 250 / ï¿¥650] to [$15 / PHP 800 / ï¿¥2000]. These include: weapons, bags, objects, and such.
Time of Completion is about 1-7 days depending on the difficulty. Revisions may be up to 3 times. Please be detailed in terms of what you want to change. Exceeding 3 revisions will be an increase of payment[$5 / PHP250 / ï¿¥650].
V. Communication
I will provide updates in exported images with watermarks. Updates will be sent when the said progress have been completed: sketch → flatcolor → final.
I will be as active in chat as much as possible if you have any questions. Keep in note that my timezone is [GMT+8 / JST-1]. Closest time is JST and HKT.
Vi. TL;DR
Refunds: Once I start working on the commission, no refunds.
Transaction: Pay half first.
Commercial Use: Allowed, but twice the pay.
Commission Details: 1-7 days for completion, prices for add-ons, and please provide preferred file type.
Communication: I send updates every sketch → flat color → final
